AMMOS, meaning “sand” in ancient Greek, pays homage to a land where vines have flourished since antiquity and where sand still defines the terroir. Caressed by sea breezes, shaped by relentless sun, and swirling wildly with the wind, the sandy soils of Histria capture the untamed spirit of Romania’s southeastern coast. This natural wine preserves the pure, unrestrained expression of the grapes, allowing nature to guide its complexity and character. Born from seaside vineyards, it unites the commanding structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the refined elegance of Fetească Neagră. The aromatic profile is intense and layered, revealing ripe cherries, cassis, blackcurrant, and wild berries, unfolding into nuanced notes of coffee, cocoa, clove, nutmeg, earthy ground, fine leather, and toasted nuts.
