We pack our bottles in special protective packaging so shipping damage is rare. If an accident does occur, however, you can feel confident in Cellars’ 100% “no bad bottle” guarantee. If your wine has gone bad or didn’t travel well, let us know and we’ll replace it, no questions asked.
When will my order ship?
Typically orders are sent out on the 20th of each month. Orders placed after the 20th will be shipped right away if that month is selected. In the event of very cold temperatures that could affect the wines, we may delay shipment. If this should occur, we will let you know.
Does the shipment require a signature?
Yes. An adult signature is required to receive your order. Consider making your shipping address a business address or any address where someone will be during the day. If you want to change your shipping address, email us at [email protected].
Can you ship wine to my state? If not, why, and are there other wine clubs that will?
Currently, we ship across the US with the exception of AK, AL, DE, ND, SD, HI, MS, RI, KY, NH, and UT. This list is subject to change. Since alcohol laws are governed state to state, there are discrepancies between states for different wine clubs.
If I order a wine club, can I have it shipped to a different recipient or address?
Yes. The only limitation is if we cannot deliver to a specific state. Please see above.
How do I change the shipping address?
Email us at [email protected], including the old address along with the new name and address as well as when the change should take place. If you want to change the shipping address for the current month’s order, you must let us know by the 7th of the month.
Weather can harm wine.
We respectfully reserve the right to hold the wine if we encounter extreme weather and ship when it is safe. We will send notification to the tracking number email address if there are delays.
