What does each shipment include?
Each shipment contains standard-size 750ml wine bottles (the number depends on the club you select) and our monthly newsletter, Cellar Notes, which describes the wines, regions, and other wine-related information. No pricing or billing information is ever included in our shipments, making them ideal for gift-giving.
How much do the wine clubs cost?
$29 to $369 per shipment, depending on the club. Shipping is included in all our pricing.
Is there a minimum number of months required for sign-up?
No. Unlike other wine clubs, there are no monthly minimums.
Do I get to pick the wines?
Each month’s wine clubs are curated by our in-house tasters. We balance new discoveries with timeless classics for a well-rounded and uniquely curated wine selection delivered to your door.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack our bottles in special protective packaging so shipping damage is rare. If an accident does occur, however, you can feel confident in Cellars’ 100% “no bad bottle” guarantee. If your wine has gone bad or didn’t travel well, let us know and we’ll replace it, no questions asked.
When will my order ship?
Typically orders are sent out on the 20th of each month. Orders placed after the 20th will be shipped right away if that month is selected. In the event of very cold temperatures that could affect the wines, we may delay shipment. If this should occur, we will let you know.
Does the shipment require a signature?
Yes. An adult signature is required to receive your order. Consider making your shipping address a business address or any address where someone will be during the day. If you want to change your shipping address, email us at email@example.com.
Can you ship wine to my state? If not, why, and are there other wine clubs that will?
Currently, we ship across the US with the exception of AK, AL, DE, ND, SD, HI, MS, RI, KY, NH, and UT. This list is subject to change. Since alcohol laws are governed state to state, there are discrepancies between states for different wine clubs.
If I order a wine club, can I have it shipped to a different recipient or address?
Yes. The only limitation is if we cannot deliver to a specific state. Please see above.
How do I cancel my membership?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1.800.256.9853 with your order number. If you want to cancel the current month’s shipment, you must cancel by the 7th of the month. If you don’t have your order number, please include the name and address of where the club is being shipped.
How do I change the shipping address?
Email us at email@example.com, including the old address along with the new name and address as well as when the change should take place. If you want to change the shipping address for the current month’s order, you must let us know by the 7th of the month.
